Shelter is just a temporary stay for the strays when they are recovering from operation, and also for sick and/or rescued dogs. Thus, ISPCA feels that it is very important to neuter these stray dogs and cats in order to effectively control their population and well-being. ISPCA has been focusing with implementing TNRM program and with support from Ipoh City Council, we have about 6000 stray dogs under the program.
