I like Moo Ping, a very affordable popular street food in Thailand that is available at everywhere. Served together with Thai dipping sauce, Moo Ping at The Brew House is also delicious with chef’s special marinade on the tender pork neck meat.
Prawn Paste Chicken Wings and a glass of chilled beer is like adik-beradik, they complement each other so well, definitely a must-have for your relaxing beer session.
Savour the best of The Brew House’s porkilicious creations, like this Bacon Wrapped Pork Meatball , which chef braised the firm housemade meatball in CONNOR’S Stout sauce for that mouth-watering sweet-savoury taste. It is one of their pork dishes that I enjoyed a lot!
When you have no idea what to order, just get this Porky Platter , featuring some of their best items like sticky ribs, crispy roasted pork, as well as mini sliders with braised pork and luncheon meat together with the appetizing Thai mayo dipping sauce.
A noodle dish perfect for the seafood lovers, Lala Noodle Soup with mee hoon served together with clams, mushroom, spring onions and ginger in clear soup further flavoured with Chinese rice wine.
If rice is your staple, this BrewHouse Char Siew Rice Bowl will not be disappointed with tantalizing roasted caramelized pork belly, together with delicious mixture of pickled lettuce, onsen egg, pickled ginger, sesame and spring onion to give you that satisfaction in every mouthful.
A Malaysian food that caught my attention while browsing through the menu, Fried Chee Cheong Fun with chilli, spring onion, garlic, and seafood. It tastes something in between Fried Char Kuey Teow and Fried Carrot Cake with nice wok hei and robust flavour from the fragrant chili prawn paste.
Pork lovers should not miss this dish, a 250g thick slab of BrewHouse Singature Pork Steak , served together with apple slaw, grilled peach, and potato puree to give you a complete meal. Simply delicious to indulge especially with their in-house creamy peppercorn sauce.
The ‘Weekend Roast‘ promotion at The Brew House which happens on every Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon onwards. The menu will change weekly and we had the Flamming Chicken ‘Hot Chick’ for that week that comes with 2 side dishes mustard mash potatoes and grilled cauliflower and broccoli. Chef marinated the whole size chicken with Cajun and other herbs for 1 day before grilled it to perfect golden brown. It was flamed with a shot of vodka in front of your eyes to give that subtle sweetness to the overall dish. The portion is more than enough to feed 4-6 people.
For porkylicious good foods in both Western and Asian styles as well as varieties of fresh brew, make sure you check out The Brew House soon!
